The Champlain Islands Food Shelf (CIFS) would love your extra food items! Please consider donating to us.

Our most important current needs are:

• canned stews

• canned chili

• hearty soups

• any boxed desserts

(People who qualify for 3SquaresVT / EBT cannot purchase non-food items with their benefits. Therefore we are in need of:

Shampoo, Toilet Paper, Toothpaste & Toothbrushes, Dish & Laundry Soap, and Pet Food.

Our Hours are:

Tuesday: 9:30-11:30am - Donations Only

Wednesday: 2:00-5:30pm - Food Distribution

Please note we cannot accept any open packages and LOOK carefully at the expiration dates as we cannot accept any expired food. Also, please do not leave items by the door if the CIFS is not open.
